At the end of March the hospital earned $4,094 and during the first quarter of the year it earned $12,634. Court Case Here Asks Back Wages Delbert Mothershead filed suit in Twin Falls district court Tuesday for allegedly due him In back wages by Henry Mothershead, who hired him to grow a crop of potatoes from March until November, 1947.

During the period of his employment, Mothershead claims, the defendant, under verbal contract, to pay him $150 a month, paid him $190 for the whole eight months.
