Nampa police baffled by stabbing death 18 Times-News, Twin Falls, Idaho Friday, September 30, 1977 Optimists examine solar energy cost several times in his neck. Born March 22, 1894 at Hay Springs, she moved to Avondale, as a child. In 1911, she was married to Emil Martens at Avondale. In 1913 they moved to Kimberly and in 1926 moved to Eden. Mrs.

Martens was a member of the Lutheran Women's Missionary League, the Harmony Club, and a life member of the Eden Lutheran Church. She was also a member of the Twin Falls Music Club and a past member of the War Mothers. Mrs. Martens is survived by four sons, Randolf Martens, Seattle, Rudolf Martens, Kimberly, and Herman and Winfred Martens, both Eden; three daughters, Mrs. Marie (Gene) Mason, Charles Town, W.

Mrs. Eunice (Henry) Jones and Mrs. Elimena (Raymond) Meyerhoff, both Eden; a brother, Henry F. Petersen, Portland, a sister, Mrs. Anna Campradt, Twin Falls; 24 grandchildren and 39 greatgrandchildren.

Mr. Martens died in 1953. A son and two grandchildren also preceded her in death. Funeral services will be conducted at 10 a.m. Saturday at the Eden Lutheran Church with Pastor Leonard Mietzner, Rupert, officiating.

Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Park. Friends may call this evening at Reynolds Funeral Chapel and at the church from 9 a.m. until time of services. The family suggests memorials to the Good Shepherd Home of tht; West. WATTING for a bus can usually be considered a waste of time but this student puts it to valuable use as he catches up on some studying.

WENDELL Buenos M. Callen, 81, Wendell, died Wednesday evening in Gooding County Memorial Hospital. Born Feb. 13, 1896 in Viola, he moved to Nyssa, in 1908 and to Jerome in 1909. He served in the U.S.

Navy during World War I. and ranched and was a livestock dealer in Magic Valley since that time. Mr. Callen was a member of the American Legion and Barracks 1192, Veterans of World War I. Mae Lozier TWIN FALLS Mae Lozier, 65, Twin Falls, died Thursday at her home after a brief illness.

Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Reynolds Funeral Chapel. Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Park with Eastern Star rites under direction of the Hollister chapter. MOUNTAIN HOME, Idaho (UPI) The state Department of Fish and Game began its program to restock Crane Falls Lake as a quality trout fishery today by killing 2,300 bass, trout and bullheads in it.

Later the department will restock the 94-acre lake with Kamloops and brown trout.
